The Talking About BPD Workbook
The Talking About BPD Workbook is a reflective companion text, designed to support exploration of emotions, relationships, identity and diagnosis and experiences of stigma. Rosie offers questions and prompts that invite readers to reflect on their emotions, experiences, strengths and relationships.
Rather than offering fixed answers, it holds space for uncertainty, ambivalence, and personal meaning-making. Featuring a foreword by Imi Lo, author of The Gift of Empathy and The Gift of Intensity.
