Publications & Speaking

My work appears across publications, podcasts and institutions focusing on mental health diagnosis, particularly borderline personality disorder, psychological distress, and the social and relational aspects of stigmatised mental health diagnoses. I was recognised with a Mind Media Award for my work.

Writing

I have written frequently for Happiful Magazine, on topics such as stigma, empathy and friendship. I have also written for other publications such as Healthy Place.

Media

I was featured in BBC Stories in 'Dealing with Emotions: Borderline Personality Disorder', alongside my friend Kathryn. I have also contributed to various online platforms.

I have taken part in many podcast conversations and interviews, including those with All in the Mind (Australian Broadcasting Company), Mentally Yours, (Metro) and Radio London. 

 

Talks 

I have spoken at universities, public events and organisations, including University Mental Health Advisor Network, National Educational Alliance BPD and London Creativity and Wellbeing Week.

My poetry has been featured in theatre shows (Stand and Be Counted Theatre), at festivals (Latitude), and in university and Recovery College courses.
