Emotional support

For a few different reasons, I'm not able to offer:

  • mental health advice / emotional support

  • relationship advice

  • crisis support

That being said, I really hope the work I do can be supportive or validating in some small way. You may want to start with my blog, books, YouTube videos or podcasts.

I'm open to speaking with journalists, producers and so on about my experiences. Please feel free to email me and we can chat!
