For a number of reasons, I’m not able to offer emotional support, mental health advice, relationship advice or crisis support.

 

I understand that people may come to my work wanting or needing something supportive, hopeful or validating. If that is the case, you may find my books, writing, videos or podcasts a helpful. 

Journalists and producers

If you are a journalist, producers etc, and are interested in speaking with me, please email me and I aim to respond within two days.
