My latest article for Healthy Place shares four coping techniques for dealing with suicidal thoughts. I've had suicidal thoughts all of my adult life and some of my childhood too. They are getting much less frequent now thanks to dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), but they can still be really challenging.


When I recognize that I think I’m worthless, I identify that I don’t have to buy into this narrative.
